Pastoral Council - The council acts as a steering committee to guide the parish in its overall policy and activity planning.  
Meetings are on the second Wednesday of the month.

Finance Committee- The committee reviews and guides the parish fiscal planning as well as, capital needs and fund raising. 
The Finance Committee meets on the 2nd Thursday of every month to guide the parish finances.

Christian Formation- Works with the Director of Religious Education to create and promote an active religious education program for children and adults. Contact the Rectory for more information on meetings.

Knights of Columbus- Meet monthly at St Helena's Shepard Room on the second Thursday of the month at 7:30pm.

Music Ministry- Both parishes have an active music ministry. To become a part of this important part of our parish (sing, play and instrument) contact the rectory.

Prayer Chain - As Catholics, we believe that prayer is a powerful tool. Use this link to either submit a request for prayers or to become part of our parish Prayer Chain.

Parish Team - Our parish is blesses with one full-time Catholic Priest, a part-time administrator and a part-time religious education coordinator

Women's Group- Various activities for the support of the parish and greater community occur during the year. 

Youth Group- Meets at various times of the year.
